Hi y’all! So one of the things I want to focus on with this blog is health and fitness! I am by no means any type of dietician or a personal trainer- I am however a self-proclaimed expert in finding balance and enjoying life while also trying to get in shape! More to come on this topic in later posts, but for now, I wanted to share a little printable tool for those of you who are trying to find your goal weight!

Go ahead and download and print this weight loss tracker and put it somewhere that it will serve as a constant reminder for you and your weight loss goals! This tracker is as a way to visually see where you are and how far you’ve come, while also providing a space for daily reminders (drink water, take your vitamins, track your meals, etc.) AND rewards for yourself when you meet your mini-goals! More on this later!
