    How I Started Running as a Beginner

    Let me start by saying that a few months ago, I literally could not run more than 1-2 minutes at a time, and now I’m sitting down to write this post as I just finished a four-mile run (that I actually enjoyed!). Eeek!!! Four miles may not seem like much to some folks, but this is a super exciting goal for me!
